A Message From The President
Over the past 32 years, I have done just about everything that can be done in this business, from planning and development to construction, ownership, sales, and property management. If there's one principal that has defined my success, it is the knowledge that for any type of company to be successful, those who are in charge must be "hands-on".
Being "hands-on" means knowing when an elevator is out of order or a boiler is not working properly; it means reviewing the weekly payroll, each and every invoice, purchase order and requisition; personally signing all checks and visiting the buildings without notice; and reviewing every detail of the structure within the building envelope.
But this "hands-on" approach is only half the story. The other half is the experience and level of knowledge that Nelson Management and its affiliates can bring to your building:
